Accused killer of Newark girl pleads not guilty
I don’t understand why Guyette submitted the not guilty plea — it’s difficult to imagine how the jury would find her not guilty with the evidence reported in the news to date.

“I find the circumstances of this particular case to be the saddest I have dealt with in my time on the bench,” Volkert said. “I find it to be profoundly sad.”
